Miko for Mac

Connect accounts

Add an account for each AI you use on the Mac. Each one signs in through the provider's own login and gets its own profile.

  1. Open the menu

Open the ⋯ menu in the title bar and choose Add account….

  2. Pick the AI

Which AI do you want to add? shows a tile for each agent that runs on this Mac. Pick one and press Continue. A tile that says Needs setup on this Mac opens Provider setup first.

  3. Pick how you pay

Claude asks for Claude Pro or Max or Anthropic Console (pay per use, billed by Anthropic). The others have one way to pay.

  4. Sign in

The provider’s own app signs in, in a window under the dialog. Each one works a little differently, as below.

  5. Name it

Give the account a Name. Press Done, or start an agent on it right away.

Codex

ChatGPT Plus or Pro. Your browser opens chatgpt.com. Sign in and approve, and if it shows a code, paste it in the window below.

Later, the account’s own panel has Sign in and Use a device code to sign in again, and Start terminal with the model and effort you pick.

Claude Code

Pro, Max or Console. Your browser opens claude.ai. When Claude asks, choose the Claude account with subscription or the Anthropic Console account. Every terminal on the account shares this login.

If usage doesn’t show, Miko says “Usage is unavailable. Check Claude’s status-line settings, then refresh this account.”

Grok Build

SuperGrok, through the official Grok Build client. Your browser opens x.ai.

Sign-in saved means the client holds local credentials and renews them itself.

OpenRouter

Runs in OpenCode. Create a key at openrouter.ai/keys and paste it when OpenCode asks.

Antigravity

A Google account or an ADC file. Choose Google sign-in when Antigravity asks, then press Open the sign-in page and sign in as you.

Or press Use an ADC file instead.

Antigravity’s CLI runs on Apple silicon only.

The Other API key tile adds a key from any provider in the list, for example Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral or Groq. It shows how many providers the list holds.

  1. Find the provider

Type in Find a provider, pick it and press Continue. A provider marked Asks for more than the key also wants something like an account ID.

  2. Paste the key

OpenCode asks for the key in the window below. It keeps the key in this account’s own profile on this Mac. Miko never reads it.

To keep a key on a server or a Cloud machine instead, press Keep a key on another machine ↗. It opens Miko in your browser. Add API key… in the ⋯ menu does the same.

Each project has a Default account. Automatic picks the account with the most weekly usage left, then the one with the most free slots. New agents use the default; running agents keep their account.

A saved default never falls back to another account by itself. A Codex account that is used up waits for its reset: This account is waiting for its usage reset.
