Miko Cloud and Connect

Plans and billing

Miko plans, agent-time credit, the trial, and how to manage billing.

Miko doesn’t sell AI usage. Your Claude, ChatGPT, OpenRouter or other AI account bills you for that, as it does today. Your Miko plan includes the platform and credit for your agents’ time on Miko Cloud.

Miko is invite-only while we build it. Nothing is charged before launch. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you an invite. The current prices are on Miko’s pricing page.

Monthly plan Agent-time credit each month Cloud agents at once
$20 $25 Up to 10
$100 $125 Up to 20

Both plans include the Mac app, the browser, Miko for iPhone, your own servers and up to 20 Cloud machines. Your Cloud machine grows with what your agents do and shrinks when they rest. You don’t choose a fixed machine size. Higher concurrency limits are described on the pricing page.

The $20 plan includes about 830 agent hours of typical work each month; the $100 plan includes about 4,100. These are estimates: the amount of work changes how long your credit lasts.

Prices are in US dollars before VAT or sales tax. Plans are monthly.

State What it means Price
Working An agent doing a task for you $0.03 per hour
Awake Running and ready for its next task $0.006 per hour
Asleep Stopped; it starts again when you give it work $0

These are estimates for typical work. Usage is measured per machine per second; heavier work uses more credit, and small tasks can use less. See the pricing calculator and Terms of Service for the billing details.

Your plan’s credit is used first and starts over each month. It pays for agent time, not for model usage from your AI provider.

When you need more time, buy a $10, $25, $50 or $100 credit pack. It uses the same rates, lasts a year and is used after your plan’s credit.

When your credit runs out, your agents fall asleep and Miko tells you. There is no bill afterwards. Credit is for using Miko; it can’t be transferred or cashed out.

A new $20 subscription starts with a 7-day trial, when offered at checkout. A card is required. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. Otherwise, the first $20 is charged when the trial ends, then monthly. The $100 subscription has no trial.

The trial has one machine and a usage allowance. If you use up that allowance, agents and the machine stop until the trial ends and the first payment is made. Credit packs bought during the trial become usable after it ends. See the trial terms before you start.

Follow your invitation when your place opens. Joining the waitlist does not start a trial or charge your card.

Open Settings › Billing in the web app to manage your subscription and credit. Paddle is Miko’s reseller and merchant of record; receipts and card charges come from Paddle.

Manage your plan in Settings › Billing. You can cancel there or on the public Cancel subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial or paid month, and you won’t be charged again.

For withdrawal rights, refunds and credit packs, read the current Refund and cancellation policy and Terms of Service.
